ARCGRID SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Artha Consulting Academy”, “we”, “us”) operates arthaacademy.com. We collect a deliberately small amount of personal data, use it only to answer your enquiry and run your course, and never sell it.
1. What we collect
| Enquiry form | Name, phone number, email address, your stated background and preferred batch, and any message you write. |
| Demo access | The same details. Demo access is a convenience for viewing course material — it is not a secure account and holds no password. |
| On enrolment | Billing name and address, GSTIN if you claim input credit, payment reference, and the identity details our payment provider requires. |
| During the course | Attendance, assessment results, your SAP practice-system user ID, and session recordings in which your voice or screen may appear. |
| Automatically | Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, where analytics is enabled, aggregated usage statistics. |
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We do not ask for and do not want your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank credentials or card details — payment details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach us.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry — to call or email you about batches, fees and demo sessions.
- To deliver the course — to issue server credentials, share material, mark attendance and issue your completion certificate.
- To provide placement assistance — where you ask us to, to share your profile with prospective employers. We do this only with your specific consent, per employer.
- To meet legal obligations — invoicing, GST records and statutory retention.
- To improve the site — aggregated analytics that does not identify you individually.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the enquiry form or enrol, and the legitimate uses necessary to perform the service you have asked us for.
3. Marketing contact
Submitting an enquiry is consent to be contacted about that enquiry and about the programme you asked about. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and asking us to stop calling or messaging is honoured immediately — write to [email protected].
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that run the academy:
- Our website host and form-delivery provider, which receives the enquiry so it can reach our inbox.
- Our email and calendar provider.
- Our payment provider, which processes fees and holds the payment record.
- Our video-conferencing and recording provider for live sessions.
- The provider of the SAP practice system on which your training user is created.
- Prospective employers, only with your specific consent, during placement assistance.
- Statutory authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with other training institutes, job consultancies or lead brokers. If you receive a call from an unrelated institute after enquiring with us, it did not come from us — please tell us so we can investigate.
5. How long we keep it
| Enquiries that do not enrol | 24 months from last contact, then deleted. |
| Enrolled learner records | 8 years, to support certificate re-issue and statutory audit. |
| Invoices and GST records | As required under the applicable tax legislation. |
| Session recordings | For the duration of your material access, then archived or deleted. |
| Web-server logs | Typically 30 days. |
6. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Your demo-access details are stored in your own browser using local storage so the site remembers you on your next visit; clearing your browser data removes them, as does the Sign out control on the site. Where web analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count visits; you can block these in your browser without losing any site function.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold, and get a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, and data we no longer need erased.
- Withdraw consent at any time, which stops future processing based on it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied.
Write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Erasure requests are honoured except where we must retain a record to meet a legal obligation, which we will tell you about.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to learner records is restricted to the people who need it to run the course. We use reputable providers for payment, email and hosting rather than storing sensitive data ourselves. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.
9. Grievances
| Grievance officer | Priyanka Jethaliya, Director |
| [email protected] | |
| Post | 13th Floor, Tower 4, Prestige Westwood, Gopalpura, Bengaluru 560023, Karnataka |
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
Effective from 1 November 2026. This policy applies to https://arthaacademy.com and all enquiries and enrolments made through it. We will post any revision on this page with a new effective date.
