These terms govern your use of arthaacademy.com and your enrolment on any programme offered by ARCGRID SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By enrolling you accept them. Please read section 8 on placement assistance and section 10 on trademarks with particular care.

2. Enrolment
A seat is confirmed only when we receive the first instalment and issue you a written confirmation carrying your batch code. Until then, a seat shown as available on the batch calendar may be taken by another applicant. Seats are limited to 15 per batch.
You must give accurate details at enrolment. Certificates are issued in the name you supply, and we charge for re-issue in a different name.
3. Fees
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
- Instalment plans are agreed in writing at enrolment. Access to sessions and material may be paused if an instalment is overdue by more than seven days.
- A fee revision applies only to enrolments made after the revision date. Your fee is fixed once your seat is confirmed.
- Payment-gateway or bank charges, where a provider levies them, are not refundable.
4. What the programme includes
The inclusions of each track are those listed on the fee comparison on our site at the time of your enrolment. In summary: live instructor-led sessions, individual access to an SAP practice system for the stated period, configuration documents, session recordings, assessments, a completion certificate, and placement assistance for 12 months from completion.
We may adjust the running order of topics, the trainer, or a session date where circumstances require it. We will not reduce the total instructional hours or drop a topic listed in the published syllabus without offering you an equivalent or a proportionate refund.
5. Attendance and conduct
- Sessions run on the days and timings shown on your batch confirmation. All timings are IST.
- Recordings of missed sessions are made available, but the programme is designed to be attended live and we cannot re-teach a missed session individually.
- A completion certificate requires the attendance and assessment thresholds stated in your batch confirmation.
- We may remove a participant, without refund, for abusive conduct toward the trainer or other participants, or for sharing paid material in breach of section 6.
6. Course material and intellectual property
Configuration documents, exercises, presentations and recordings are licensed to you personally for your own learning. You may not record sessions yourself, redistribute the material, upload it to any sharing platform, or use it to train others commercially. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Breach ends your access without refund and we reserve our legal remedies.
7. SAP practice-system access
Access is provided for the period stated in your track, for training use only, on a shared or individually provisioned system. Availability depends on our upstream provider; short maintenance windows and occasional outages occur and are not grounds for a refund. Attempting to access data belonging to another user, or using the system for commercial work, ends access immediately.
8. Placement assistance — what it is and is not
Placement assistance requires that you have completed the programme, met the attendance and assessment thresholds, and cleared all fees. We share your profile with an employer only with your consent.

10. Trademarks and independence
SAP, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori and other SAP product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE in Germany and other countries. Artha Consulting Academy is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or a partner of SAP SE. Our course material is independently produced. We do not issue SAP certification; SAP certification examinations are booked and paid for separately with SAP and are not included in our fees.
11. Liability
We are liable for delivering the programme as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or of an employment opportunity. Our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fee you have paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for you is the one published on the date your seat was confirmed, and we will email you if a change materially affects a running batch.
Effective from 1 November 2026. This policy applies to https://arthaacademy.com and all enquiries and enrolments made through it. We will post any revision on this page with a new effective date.
